While you were busy for daily tasks, your soul was overwhelmed by daily concerns, and your physical being was exhausted, you have no strength to neither share the love of Christ nor share the passion for the Kingdom of God. You just want to lie down, sleep, and embrace your own pains outwardly and inwardly, suffering emotionally restless. If this scenario describes you, one thing you need to do is rest your physical being, calm your soul, lift up all the concerns and cares to God by prayer and take time to be holy. Jesus said, I am the door: by Me if any man enters in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. (John10:9). When Jesus was overwhelmed emotionally while he faced the final stage of Messiah life on the earth, He knew that it’s time to be crucified on the cross; He handled the stress, emotional strife and pains not by His own. He invited His disciples to participate in His pains and joined with Him in prayer. He lifted up His fear, concerns, and emotional strife to Heavenly Father, even asked Father, if it is possible to take away this cup…but not by my will, but your will be done. To succeed God’s redemption plan as Messiah, Jesus can’t fulfill it by His own strength, He prayed earnestly to God Father to strengthen Him. We are flesh with blood as humans; to imitate Him, we need even more God’s divine light, life, and strength in order to be transformed into His likeness.

When you pursue your earthly successful life, take time to be holy and lift up daily tasks, needs, concerns to God Father in the name of Jesus. Jesus is a door, by Him, you will find pasture, whoever enters in through Him, he or she shall be saved. When you have gone through the emotional strife, sense of failure, and your mind was attacked by the negative thought says, “you are nobody, immediately declare 1Peter 2:9 to yourself, “but you are a chosen people, royal priesthood, a holy nations, a people belong to God, that you may declared the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light. Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God, once you had not received mercy, but now you had received mercy.  The value of being God’s chosen race, royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, are more significant beyond the earthly success. “If you want to be successful in life, you must be fervent in your prayers, fearless in your principles, firm in your purposes, farsighted in your planning, and faithful in your practicing.”[1] In Biblical precepts, “success is not found in money or might, in position or popularity. But it is found in seeking, knowing, loving, and obeying the Lord.”[2] Jesus had laid the good example, His success was found in completing God’s will, and God Father vindicated Him as Son of God, and gave Him a name “Jesus”, the name above all names. If you seek Him, you will know Him. If you know Him, you will love Him. If you love Him, you will obey Him. If you obey Him, He will lead you on to success. The Lord never made anything that was not good. He has never planned a failure. As Jeremiah 29:11 - 14 said, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you.” Declare the Lord.” The Lord delights us to seek Him, call upon Him, pray to Him and by Him, we will find pasture.

My friends, when you or your loved one experience emotional strife, restless, and overwhelmed by daily tasks, commit your life and your loved ones to Christ Jesus and lift up all of your consequences to the Lord by prayer. The Lord will grant you a sense of His providence, value, plans, protections, peace, perseverance, calmness, quietness, and strength.
