The evidence of Jesus has risen by Rev. Katherine Liu Bruce

My friends, do you believe Jesus has risen?
The pattern of Jesus resurrection life had revealed in the narrative of four Gospels. According to the New Testament, there are few factors to approve that Jesus had risen and had spoken to his disciples after he was burial.
First evidence, two angels of Lord vindicated Jesus who was crucified. He has risen.       In the book of John 20:12 recorded that Jesus appeared to first group people are Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James went to look at the tomb. Two angel of the Lord in white seated where Jesus’ body had been, one at the head and the other at the foot (Jh20:12). They asked her, “Woman, why are you crying?” “They have taken my Lord away,” she said, “and I don’t know where they have put him.” at his, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she didn’t realize that it was Jesus. (vv.13-14). Jesus said to her, “Mary” she turned toward him and cried out in Aramaic, “Rabboni! (which means Teacher.  (v.16).
In book of Luke 24:4-7 stated, “ two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them, the men said to them, “ why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not there, he has risen! Remember how he told you while he was still with you in Gailee: The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.” (Luke 24:4-7). In the book of Matthew record, “suddenly Jesus met them, Greetings, he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.” (Matt.28:9-10). In the book of Mark stated, “As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed. Don’t be alarmed, he said. “you are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him. but go, tell his disciples and Peter, “He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you.”(Mark16:5-6)
Second evidence, Jesus came up and walked along with apostles, while two of apostles were going to a village called Emmaus, about seven miles from Jerusalem. (Luke.24:13), they were kept from recognizing him. Jesus asked them, “what are you discussing together as you walk along? (v.17). One of them, named Cleopas, asked him, “are you only a visitor to Jerusalem and do not know the things that have happened there in these days? “  Cleopas told him about the chief priests and rulers handed him over to be sentenced to death and they crucified him…(v.18-20). Jesus said to them, “how foolish you are, and how slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken! Did not the Christ have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?... (v.25) when he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began t give it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight. (Luke24:30-31). In book of Mark16:14 recorded, “later Jesus appended to the eleven as they were eating he rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe those who had seen him after he had risen.”
Third evidence, Jesus appeared to His disciple Thomas who was doubted the reality of Jesus’ resurrection. In John 20:26 recorded, “ A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them, through the doors were locked Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” then he said to Thomas, “Put your finder here see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side stop doubting and believe!” Thomas said to him, “My Lord and my God. (Lk20:27-28).
Fourth evidence, Jesus appeared to His disciple Simon Peter. In Book of John 21: 5 indicated, “Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples didn’t realize that it was Jesus. He called out to them, Friends, haven’t you any fish?” “No”, they answered. He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some” when they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish. Then the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, it is the Lord!” (Jh20:5-7). When they had finished eating, Three times Jesus asked Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you truly love me more than these?” “Simon son of John, do you love me?” “Do you love me?”  Jesus instructed him, then, “Feed my lambs”, “Take care of my sheep”, and “Feed my sheep.”
Fifth evidence, the truth of Jesus resurrection was hidden by chief priests. It was recorded in Matt.28:11-15. “While the women were on their way, some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priests everything that had happened. When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan they gave the soldiers a large sum of money. Telling them, you are to say, His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep. If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble, so the soldiers took the money and this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this day.” (Matt.28: 11-15).
Not long after Jesus went back to heaven, the disciples were all together in a room. Suddenly small flames of fire appeared above the head of each of the believers. It was the Holy Spirit coming to live in the believers, just as Jesus had promised. Jesus affirmed that this is what is written: “The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day. And repentance and forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations beginning at Jerusalem.
Today, Jesus’ resurrection life has been revealing to all the nations, and to receive salvation by no other name, but the name of Jesus only. Father had vindicated Jesus is Son of Man, as ransom to redeem the sinners. The sins of mankind have forgiven, for he who call upon the name of Jesus and repent his sins, he will be saved. As Roman 10:9 -13 says, “If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart there is believing unto righteousness and with the mouth there is confession unto salvation. Everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

The Jews sought the righteousness of God by keeping the law. However, they did not attain to it, for out of the works of the law no flesh shall be justified before God. But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been manifested to us through faith in Christ. “Even the righteousness of God through the faith of Jesus Christ to all those who believe, for there is no distinction; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, redemption being justified freely by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus. whom God set forth as a propitiation place through faith in His blood, for the demonstrating of His righteousness, in that in His forbearance God passed over the sins that had previously occurred, with a view to the demonstrating of His righteousness in the present time, so that He might be righteous and the one who justifies him who is of the faith of Jesus. (Rom.3:22-26).
