This is to God Father’s glory, when we fulfill His great commission and bear much fruit. To God be the glory, it is not what I have done, but something God does through me. The praise & worship, sermon, and Holy Communion service by the Holy Spirit empowered me to fulfill His calling, serve the Lord weekly, and monthly. It was joy to see Brother Han and Erica (Sho-Mei) the couple have grown their faith in Christ and partake of the cup and bread (Holy Communion) this week. I’ve been praying for their family’s salvation, each one will receive salvation, accept Jesus as savior, and become children of God, part of the family of God as the body of Christ. Keep praying that the Lord will protect each sheep, and keep them from evil.

It’s important to understand the Lord’s Table and partake of Holy Communion (1Cor.10:21) (Matt.26: 26, 28-29)

First, The product of the vine within the cup of the Lord’s table is a symbol, signifying the Lord’s blood  shed on the cross for our sins. His blood was required by God’s righteousness for the forgiveness of our sins (Heb.9:22). The cup is called “the cup of blessing” (1Cor.10:16). In it are all the blessings of God and even God Himself as our portion (Psa.16:5). In Adam our portion was the cup of God’s wrath (Rev.14:10). Christ drank that cup for us (John18:11), and His blood constitutes the cup of salvation for us (Psa.116:13), the cup that runs over (Ps.23:5). By partaking of this cup we have the fellowship of the blood of Christ (1Cor.10:16)

Second, The Bread of the Lord’s table is a symbol signifying the Lord’s body, which was broken for us on the cross to release His life so that we may participate in it.(Matt.26:26). By participating in this life we become the mystical Body of Christ (1Cor.12:27), which also is signified by the bread of the table (1Cor.10:17). Therefore, by partaking of this bread we have the fellowship of the Body of Christ.(1Cor.10:16).

My friends, are you saved and find pasture in Christ that your souls fill with peace, joy and rest in Christ? Jesus said, “I am the gate whoever enters through me will be saved, he will come in and go out and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal, and kill and destroy, I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.( John10:9-10). As children of God, Body of Christ, we are saved and have found pasture, for Jesus affirmed us by His words in John 15:9-10. In Christ, you are saved, and have found pasture, rest, and peace.

Jesus commanded us to bear much fruit in order to give God Father glory. Jesus said, “This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples''. (John15:8). How to bear much fruit? Abide in Him or remain in Him. As Jesus said, “I am the vine, you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit. (John15:5) If you remain in me and my Words remain in you, ask whatever you wish and it will be given to you. (John15:5, 7)

Therefore, let the Word of God richly remains in you, and bear much fruit in order to show that you are Jesus' disciples, for this is to Father' s glory.  Jesus commanded us, "Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and the Holy Spirit. And teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you and surely I am with you always to the every end of the age. (Matt.28:19-20). This is what is written: " The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and REPENTANCE and FORGIVENESS of sins will be preached in His name to all nations beginning at Jerusalem. Your are witnesses of these things. (Luke 24:46)
